Do you ever feel lost, stuck and/or overwhelmed? Or perhaps you’re struggling with health issues that can leave you feeling fatigued, depleted and suffering from pain? If so you’re not the only one!

PERSONAL LIFE COACHING (1-1)

Kelly offers a Personal Life Coaching package which is designed to help you learn strategies, tools and techniques which help you find balance, calmness and happiness in your life.  This package is designed to help you move from where you are right now to where you want to be and it incorporates a combined approach of NLP, Mindfulness and Coaching.

During these sessions Kelly will help you to;

  • Take a look at your life from a bird’s eye view.
  • Identify any problem areas and areas for improvement.
  • Learn new techniques and strategies to help you overcome life’s challenges.
  • Learn mindfulness techniques that support you going forward.
  • Empower yourself and show you how to adopt positive habits that serve you well.
  • Take action, design a life you love and start living the life you’ve always wanted to.

Cost: £35 per session. A minimum of 4 sessions to be booked and paid for in advance. These sessions can be held weekly or fortnightly and can be held face to face or via an online platform.  Don’t just take our word for it, see the section below, ‘What others say.’

MINDFULNESS FOR HEALTH (1-1)

Kelly offers a Mindfulness for Health package which is designed to help you learn strategies, tools and techniques which will help you find balance and deal with pain and fatigue more effectively to ultimately help you live a happier, more enjoyable life.

Living with health issues can be difficult, Kelly knows about this first hand because she has personally suffered from M.E however, through Mindfulness and Meditation she has found ways to deal with her pain and fatigue more effectively.  In these sessions, Kelly shares all of her strategies, tools and techniques to help you find enjoyment in life again and feel happier and healthier.

During these sessions Kelly will help you to;

  • How breath and body awareness can support you to bring compassion to your experience of physical, mental and emotional pain
  • See first-hand how Mindfulness in daily life can help you to pace yourself, so you can do more of what you love
  • Understand how Mindful movements can support mindfulness in daily life
  • See how Mindfulness and compassion can hugely change your experience of pain
  • Understand the simple pleasures of life can bring you joy, even in the midst of suffering
  • Adopt a kindness compassionate approach towards yourself and others
  • See that by choosing to respond, rather than react can really have a positive effect on your life

These coaching sessions can help to improve your health and the quality of your life.

MINDFULNESS FOR MANAGING STRESS (1-1)

Kelly offers a Mindfulness for Managing Stress package which is designed to help you learn strategies, tools and techniques which will help you find balance and deal with stress and anxiety to ultimately help you live a happier, more enjoyable life.

This course will help individuals who are struggling and dealing with stress in their life right now.  The course will help you to find balance and stability in your life and will increase levels of well-being and help you to find the simple pleasures in daily life.

During these sessions Kelly will help you to;

  • Understand how mindfulness can help you to see more clearly your habits and patterns that can lead to more stress, so you can begin to make different choices
  • See first-hand how adopting a compassionate approach can help to change your experience of stress
  • Identify the simple pleasures of life and help you to find tools and strategies that work for you
  • Find a deeper connection to the common human experience of suffering and help you to connect with yourself and others
  • Adopt tools, strategies and techniques to help you to retrain your brain and choose to respond, rather than react
  • Bring compassion and kindness to your experience of stress
  • Identify how mindful movements can help calm body and mind, and establish greater awareness
