It seems like it’s been a while since I’ve written a blog post but, things at AL have been pretty hectic! We’ve all been really busy behind the scenes planning our next move and growing our products and services and we’ve got so much more to come in 2017, I’m overflowing with ideas and inspiration!
We’ve been developing new on line Meditations and we’re about to do the recording some of them this week so they should be live by the end of the year, all ready for January 2017, which is exciting. We’ve also been developing new Mindfulness & Meditation courses and in the new year we’re delivering in 3 locations;
- The Forge (Parish Hall) in Norton
- The Village Hall in Wolviston
- Studio 21 in Yarm
For those of you who aren’t familiar with Mindfulness & Meditation I plan on running a FREE taster session in both Norton and Yarm so keep your eyes and ears open for that. I’ll be sharing it on the website and we’ll be taking bookings for it so we can gauge interest.
We’ve also got a ‘Look Good, Feel Good’ event taking place on Saturday 14th January 2017 at the stunning Wynyard Hall where you’ll hear from me about how you can, ‘Kick Start Your 2017!’ and how you can achieve the things you want to achieve in life and I’ll show you how to. You’ll also hear from the Chef at Wynyard Hall and they’ll be sharing their hints and tips on how to eat healthy in the new year and they’ll be showing us how to stick to healthy eating habits and we’ll have a special guest from a well known wellness/beauty business who will be sharing with us how we can adopt a beauty regime that really works for us ladies who have very little time to ourselves (as that’s exactly what I need).
It’ll be an amazing afternoon spent with like-minded ladies who will all be starting their 2017 with some inspiring insights from Aspirational Living and Wynyard Hall. It’s a great time of year to start looking into how you’re going to ‘Look Good & Feel Good’ for 2017! We have limited places so if you would like to come along then please book a place now to avoid disappointment.
I’m absolutely loving the work I’m doing with Aspirational Living and it’s growing so fast and so quickly, it’s brilliant but, I couldn’t do it without the fantastic team I have behind the scenes, they’ve made all my ideas possible and help to execute every single one of them.
Working for yourself brings so many perks as you get to develop and grow your own business in line with your vision and values and you can also fulfil your own aspirations without anyone telling you how you should do this and how you shouldn’t. It’s great because every single day I get to make my own dreams come true and the best thing is I’m in control of it all. At the moment, I’m working quite a lot of hours but, I don’t mind I’ve never been afraid of hard work and I try to work it around the children so it doesn’t affect them too much but, I know it’ll be so worth it in the end.
I’ve learnt so much about myself too and I’ve learnt that you can achieve anything you put your mind to! This year has been a roller coaster, with more ups than downs but, it’s taken hard work, ambition and determination to make all of this happen but, most of all it’s the desire to just give back and make a difference!
Life is going well and as we head into the festive season and soon to be new year, I’m looking forward to what 2017 will bring!
I just want to thank you all for continuing to stay subscribed to Aspirational Living, many of you were with me right from the beginning and you’ve watched us grow over the last 12 months and we’re eternally grateful for that.
So it’s a big thank you from me personally – I couldn’t do any of this without you!
